Our experience with Sally was wonderful! Our house is on the large size and we were very concerned about matching price to potential buyer needs - particularly during a pandemic year (2020). Sally worked endlessly seeking out buyers across the tri-state area. Her efforts included (but were not limited to) a professional open house, a skilled and excellent photographer to photo and video our home, and a write-up/article published in the New York Times Sunday Homes section. We bought our condo with Sally after looking at many properties over at least a year and she always stuck by us. We had such a great experience we went back to her to list it for sale. Sally carried the entire transaction. We were very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the buyer's team and suspected it was not the buyer's doing as he was anxious to close as well.
